User Data Deletion Instructions

AIREST AI PTE. LTD. ("AIREST") operates AIREST Inbox (https://inbox.airest.ai) and the Meta application "Qayyim by AIREST". In accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, this page explains how you can request the deletion of your data.

Option 1: Remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram account

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to AIREST Inbox, you can remove the app's access at any time:

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy and click Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find and select Qayyim by AIREST.
4. Click Remove.

On Instagram, go to Settings and activity > Website permissions > Apps and websites, select Qayyim by AIREST and click Remove.

Removing the app stops any further access to your account. To delete the data that the app has already received, also send a request as described in Option 2.

Option 2: Send a deletion request by email

Anyone can request deletion of their data, including people who messaged or called a business that uses AIREST Inbox on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram.

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your full name, the channel (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram), your phone number or account username, and the name of the business you contacted.
3. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on the request.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
• We delete your messages, profile information, call information and any call recordings from AIREST Inbox within 30 days of verifying your request. Copies in backups are deleted within a further 60 days.
• Where the data is held on behalf of a business, we notify that business of the deletion.
• We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

We may keep information only where the law requires us to, and only for as long as it requires.
